North Bay Snowmobilers Club
The North Bay Snowmobilers Club was formed in the mid 60’s by a group of gentlemen sharing a common interest and the love of snowmobiling, originally known as the North Bay Trappers Club. Growing from humble beginnings the club now boasts 4 industrial groomers in their fleet and over 300 km’s of trail.
The North Bay Snowmobilers Club strive to continue to develop a better community both on the trails and off. Historically, donating to Easter Seals and the North Bay Fire Department, and working with the municipality to develop improved access to into the city by snowmachine. The club has undertaken several large scale infrastructure projects within the past few years. With the assistance of grant funding and partnerships with the OFSC, the club has installed several new snowmobile bridges and completed significant trail improvements on their network.
When the NBSC says “You can go anywhere from here” they really mean it. Ride the fantastic club trails taking you West to Sudbury and the Sault, east towards Mattawa and Pembroke, head south to the Almaguin Highlands or north towards Timmins and Cochrane. North Bay’s many amenities and staging areas make it a perfect spot to start your RAN, RAP, or Explorer’s Loop. Access any of D11’s snow tours from the NBSC trails! Want to connect with the Quebec trail system, take the A102Q trail and connect in Temiscaming.
Come visit the hub of snommobiling and ride our trails- we know you will be back!
